Is the jewelry Real Gold or gold plated?
- All our jewelry pieces are Full Real Gold and not gold plated. All our jewelry pieces are stamped either 14k or 10k to ensure authenticity.
Can you add links to the bracelet to make it longer as my child grows?
-Absolutely, our collection of children's bracelets is meticulously designed with the utmost consideration for longevity and adaptability. Should you ever desire to extend the bracelet's length to accommodate your child's growth, simply return the bracelet to us, specifying the desired additional length, and we will seamlessly extend it in precise increments of half an inch, all at a nominal cost of only $45 per half inch.

What is your return policy?

To be eligible for a return jewelry pieces will be inspected by our jewelers and must be deemed unworn, unaltered, and in original condition to be accepted for a refund. We will notify you via email once inspection has been completed whether your item has been accepted for a refund or rejected. If accepted, refunds will only be provided to the original payment method.

Refunds are not allowed on any customized pieces including but not limited to any size rings, custom gold names, and custom bracelets.

When will I get my items?
- We ship out all orders within 2 business days of purchase date. We will email you to notify you once your items have shipped. Please note that customized pieces (such as custom names, custom bracelets, and all rings made to size) will take longer to ship out as they are being created.
The ring size I need is not available as an option?
- No Problem, our jewelers cut all rings to the size needed. Please email us at ringsize@mybabygold.com and include the ring name and size you would need so we can give you the price and a purchase link to complete your purchase. Prefer to call? My child broke their bracelet, do you offer any kind of warranty?
-We understand that kids can be tough on their jewelry. That's why we offer a worry-free lifetime warranty. If your bracelet ever experiences a break, simply send it back to us, and we'll expertly repair it by soldering it back together at no cost to you. Your child can wear their bracelet with confidence, knowing it's backed by our commitment to quality and durability.v
